Question Thoughts on shaker kit for foxes??

Here's a link to a company that makes a shaker hood scoop for foxes. I think it looks great and thought about getting one for my stang. Would definately be different.

Maybe it would look better with different colors, but I am not a fan of the picture you attached. It would be different though....

yeah i'm not a big fan of the orange scoop with blue pin stripe sceme either, I just thought that was the best view of the scoop.

There are other pics on the website.

I personally think they look kick *****.. On a Solid color painted vehicle they look really tough Especailly red with a black scoop. or any other color aslong as the scoop is black. I really like that.

Different but I think a cowl would look better.. I personally like the ram air hoods. That shaker just doesn't look right to me although that car looks alot like mine.

I dont like it, not on a fox body. Stick with a cowl hood, they look killer on foxes.

Just don't fit the lines of a Fox body, IMHO. Although they do look kick *** on the 99+ stangs.

Shakers scoops look cool on any year Mustang, I think.

That black car needs a black scoop, or a silver one. Orange looks kinda ricy.

terrible pic...but the shaker is badass looking. Ever since I bought my stang i wanted to put one on, i even had the idea of making a fox mach1, but i've decided to stay stock LX trim.....well, i am going to change the wing to GT style....Ford never should have put the 4cyl wing on the 5.0 LX....what were they thinking?

anyway....if you like it, go with it

I agree with mustangII460 I think they look good on any stang.

Allmost every fox stang around here that has an aftermarket hood has a cowl hood. I think they look good if they are a small rise like 1 - 2" but more than that is silly. But I dont have a huge intake either.

i like the shaker idea on the fox body, but the Banshee Performance makes it too small. If it was bigger, like the size of the 82 GT hood scoop, then it would look good. It looks way too small.

It doesn't suit the fox body. Maybe like mentioned if it was alittle bigger it'd look good, but it just doesn't look right for some reason. I like it on the 99+ stangs, and the old '69-'70 Mustangs.

Maybe that's it, its just too small for that hood.

Mach 1- I see you got yourself a YZF600, good choice. How do you like it?

They look ok to me, but Like Rick said, I'm a fan of Ram air hoods as well.... that's why I bought one!
