Smoke'in Fourm!!
Hi guys..... just wanted to introduce myself amongst all you Mustang maniacs. My name is Longball.... Ya I know, its a wired name, but my parents must have lost a bet or somehting .....
I am currenlty driving a 93 Mustang GT (completely stock). It's on loan from my brother (think he's losing interest in it) and I would really like to buy it off him. There is little work that needs to be redone (front and back bumper peeling) and I think it would be a great car to play with, maybe just to make here a litttle faster on the street. I'm eager to read and learn, so I see there's alot of info here (better stock up printer paper and ink) which will keep me busy for awhile...... Hope some of you guys will be able to help this "greeny" out, when it comes to replacing and modifying things....... Longball |

Hey Longball,
Welcome! Nice name, but shouldn't it be like BigBall, or maybe LongShaft, nevermind. Man, post up some pictures of your sweet ride. I'm sure everyone on here will be able to tell you what needs to be done to make it a badass stang. Adios, amigo.

Well, thanks for the warm welcome guys, and yes I will post some pictures of the car, as soon as I get a chance (my wife works midnights and sleeps most of the day away (can't blame her) and we have a 13 month old which causes the hours in a day to fly by and before I know it, it's too dark for the pictures)........
I do have one question though.... Is the 93' engine a Windsor???? |

Gears and and intake change should be high on your mods list. Paste the link in my signature for info on how your stock lower is hurting your power.
OOPS, not in this sig.................. http://tmossporting.bravepages.com/index.html

Sorry guys (mods).. I must of missed this part of the fourm..... I was looking for a place to intro myself, but I guess I didn't read the fine print "community" Thanks for moving it into the right area........... however, I did use the search button today and found all kinds of info on Ram Air and Cold air units....... also read about the foam under the hood....... Learned alot in a short time .......
Thanks again for the welcome |
