Default After-Dealer Warranty

I am looking to buy a new car, but the Vette I am looking at doesn't have any warranty left, and therefore, I cannot get the GM Extended Service Plan. I contacted several after-dealer places, and found a good deal at AceWarranty.com. Has anyone had any experience with these guys or others that are good and will cover a Z06? I am trying to make sure I don't get ripped off...

Never delt with them but you need good warranty coverage for a Z06. My buddy had a 2002 Z06 that he owned for 6 months. It was in the shop arouon 8 or 9 times. Had oil pan replaced twice because of leaking. Traction control replaced twice. Went to 3 different shops to get his clutch sticking problem fixed they all said they will not fix it. Plus others. So good luck and make sure you get a good warranty.

I've never personally dealt with an aftermarket warranty, but a good friend of mine bought one with his Dodge truck, and he had a lot of problems with them. The truck always had to be in the shop an extra couple of days until the warranty rep could look at it, and then it was questionable if they would cover anything under the warranty. I'm sure they're not all bad though.
