Am I Alone?
Hey, new guy here. Just wondering if there is anyone else on here living in Alaska, or am I the only one?

Re: Am I Alone?
man, living in alaska, how often do you get to drive your mustang? Are there alot of people driving them around up there or is it fairly rare?

Re: Am I Alone?
I can only drive it between April 1 and October 31. My car has seasonal tags so I can only drive it between those months. Had to get seasonal tags cause I have no mufflers or converters so it will not pass IM. There are some stangs up here. Only a few worth noting though. Alot of them are just V-6 with little guys thinking they are bad. How can you be bad with a V-6? Just my point of view.

Re: Am I Alone?
Hi there, nice to meet you!
I live in IL... Is it difficult to get to drive your Mustang during the winter? It's not so bad here, but there are days... I wish I lived in South Carolina! That would be cool! Easier to get around, and more often too! I own a 2006 V6 Mustang coupe, pitch black, charcoal interior, w/pny pkg. It's real prty!! Have a great day!! |

Re: Am I Alone?
Hey Starla. We talked before. I had suggested a V8 for your pony. I think I told you that I do not drive my mustang in winter. I walk. Can't drive her in the winter cause she has seasonal tags.

Re: Am I Alone?
Yeah it is 21 degrees right now. Not too bad really. Been getting my stang ready to drive come April 1st. Replacing belts, bad hoses, fluids, and trying to fix odds and ends things. Having a blast actually. Nothing better than just working on my stang. How are you? How's your stang? Can't wait for summer to rip up the roads?

Re: Am I Alone?
I'm doin' good! Thanks for asking!! I have been driving my stang almost everyday!! Usually our weather is cloudy, snowy, and raining, but not this year!! Very sunny!! Most days!! It's great, so of course, havin' alot of fun in my stang!! My other vehicle is a real beater!! An old grand am..1990..I think?? Can't remember, something like that though, don't really keep track of that car very well, only use it if the weather is real bad out...
I am glad to hear that you havin' a good time with your car.. It's always good to be doin' something you like to do...I wish I had more to do, places to go, and people I knew... Most my friends are married, bummer!! Oh-well, it's bound to happen.. Have a great day! Hope the weather for you warms up more and more, so that you too soon can have fun in your stang!! |
