Question more pick up speed

hey i have a 92 GT AOD with 146,500 miles on it. it runs great no trouble at all but i have been noticing (sp) that it has been loosing pick-up speed. like 0-60 time is slower and not reacting like it should when i push the gas. a few ppl told me to get the new Bosche double platuim spark plugs and wires but i cant tell no diff. actually it seems to have lost alittle more (or maybe its just mee) but anywayzz what is the best and cheapest way to help get more power???

There are tons of ways to pick up some easy power.. Get that air silencer off of there. Get yourself some underdrive pulleys. Mass air certainly would help ya. If you are a decent machanic. Rip them intake and heads off and port and polish them things..just use a drimmel. Electric fan would work, just pick one up from the junk yard. Good luck

If you think that it has been slowly loosing power, grab some new oxygen sensors, those wear out and will do things like that.
