V8 vs 6 from an ausie
I purchased a 65 coupe with the 289 V8 4 years ago and sold it to renovate my house,"silly me".I have the opportunity to purchase a 66 coupe with 96,000 genuine miles, the vehicle has the luxury pack and has the 200 six which has been fully rebuilt,it drives like new.I would like to know if it is ok to buy the six cylinder over a 289 V.8?The asking price for the car is $24,000 Australian which is about $13,000 U.S.The car is still left hand drive and i will keep it that way. Thanks for any help.

im sure you're familiar with the phrase "Aussie V-8". if you get the six, make it an eight. 13 grand is little high though...
