Thumbs up

I have a crimestopper with infared sensors, glass breakage sensors, shock sensors, a beeper, and passive carjacking features. I think it's great, and have never had a problem with it! Good luck on your purchase. I hear viper is good too, and if you want to spend the $$ go for the Lo-Jack. They may get your car, but it will be found 9 times out of 10!

I recommend anything by DEI, but particularly their Viper alarms.

Red: I just had the Ford factory alarm installed in my 01 Cobra. Ford factory alarms are made by Code. Seems to be a pretty good alarm system, not a bad installation. It cam with plug-in wiring harnesses for my car.
Thanks

I have found that Viper are at the top of just about every category for alarm lists. They are also very installation friendly and expanding friendly. Its easy to add more components later if you want to.

I've got a Clifford with a tilt sensor, a hood lock, and a remote fuel pump cutoff. It saved my car back in december (ignition lock was chiseled out and stripped) but they never defeated the alarm and the starter kill and fuel pump cutoff held up.(couldn't get under the hood). I would reccommend having an alarm professionally installed by a shop that knows what they're doing, also don't set the sensors too sensitive or else your alarm will become more of a nuissance.

I had a Viper installed in mine. It works great. I have it set up by pressure. When set on and off the lights blink. When the alarm goes off, they wired it to the horn as well as the high pitch siren. I also have the keypads to unlock and lock my doors. I gave about $300 for it..

My buddy has a autopage alarm. Its 500 dollars. The keypad is probably about 1 inch wide and 2 1/2 inches tall. When someone sets the alarm off, the keypad beeps and the light flashes on the keypad. Pretty nice if you ask me.
