I bought my girlfriend that exact camera for christmas when they where on sale for $250-300 somewhere around there... I think they are a lot cheaper now... anyway 2nd day she had it, it broke. We took it in to the store and they had no idea what was wrong with it. It wouldn't turn on and no it wasn't the batteries. Anyway we traded it in for a casio that was about $40 more but much worth it. Haven't had a single problem with it yet and it takes great pics. I would post some samples but i'm not sure how.
