I can help you with the seatbelt problem, but it has to be done in steps. First step, remove the drivers seat. Disconnect the passive restraint module (it was under the seat). Measure the resistance between the door catch switch and the module (drivers side - BL/Y wire. Passenger side - BL/O wire). Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
