Post Code scaner

I need to work out some bugs in my car. What is a good code scaner, where do you get one, and how much.
Thanks
Wade

Thumbs up

Actron probably makes the best ones, in my opinion. They are widely available at Sears or on their website www.actron.com for about $30.00
