That car doesnt fit the definition of "ricer".
The 5.0 shoehorned into a Miata is old news, they have been around for many years. Im suprised that most of you havent heard of it before. I believe there is a kit available to do it yourself. I like it, if I had the time and the money, I would build one. The Miata is a great car to begin with, and what way to make it better than that... GM owns 50% of Isuzu, and has very little to do with actual Isuzu vehicles (they might use a few GM parts these days, if any at all) and has gained basically nothing out of the partnership, which is attributable to GM's poor management.
