I work for Mustang Monthly as a Freelance Photojournalist!! That is my fun job, during the week I am an Office manager until Friday then I will be a Loan processor for a mortgage company. Boring I know but it will pay the bills until the Photojournalism stuff takes off more.

If you get such a big refund check, you could adjust your exemptions via a new form W-4. You would get more now, and less in April, but that's the better way to do it. Big refunds are like deposit accounts that give you ZERO interest. That doesn't sound good to me.

Look at what you did, its 11.15 out here and I'm giving away tax planning advice. Darn you!!!!

I'm sure there's stuff I could do to lower the taxes, but right now I just don't want to mess with it. I'm not going to be working there all that much for the next 9 months (school and sports, of course) and I might not work there next summer so I'll just let it be.

I don't have any bills (besides about $45-50/month for cell phone) or anything, just throwin all the money in the bank for college. Only major expenses I've ever had was the Mustang, and keeping my girlfriend happy, hehe. But the Mustang costs have slowed WAY down, so now it's just the chick sucking me dry. Just playin, it's not that bad.

I'm a Technical Support Representative for Gateway computers. I work for a company Gateway contracts to field tech support calls called Service Zone. Basically I sit on my butt all day and tell people what they need to do to fix the computer they usually broke. Pays OK for this area but the benifits are good.

I'm an ASE Certified auto tech, and own and operate Peckerwoods Pit Stop, a mobil auto repair business. If you can break it, I can probably fix it. I also crew for Jim Porter Racing.

Take care,
~Chris

That sounds like a challenge. I've broken some unsual stuff, but I'm hoping those days are over now.

I was a mechanic before I got this job now. Mostly did motor repair and motor and transmission pulling/ installing. ASE certified in A/C work. I was in charge of all the A/C work that rolled through the shop.

Guess what I did before doing the mechanic thing? Heh. Learned Auto body in a high school class (came out top of class in there too) Did that for a while as well. Was pretty good at mixing and laying down some paint. Not the best at the body work though. Good enough to do my own.
Also done management in a few restraunt businesses. By the way did I mention I'm only 22...
