Default Hey I want a prize, guys!!

I bought my car in Jul 01 with 4,020 miles on it!! Now (after a trip to the beach, a few trips to the raceway 150 miles away) I have ~15k on the odometer.

Default doin my calculations...

so far my car has least miles per year.....

my car - 1985 + 15,000 = 882.3 miles per year

69fastback - 1969 + 43000 = 1303.03 miles per year

either way its pretty amazing. 69fastback is your car original. with original motor and all......

he he ....87 gt has 183,000 on it..........(don't know if moters the origanal ,not origanal trans and rebuilt rear....

my 78 stang has about 450,000 miles on it.........no one knows the exact milage on it (caus of speedo swaps) but it's had.........3 different moters, 1 moter overhaul,4 transmissions,3 1/2 rears .......every other parts been changed at least once(or twice or three times).........and the poor thing still lives on

i'd say the tired 78 deserves a prize.....

20,000 miles here on my 2000 GT.

158,000 on my ol 64 1/2 with the 289.

That 20,000 miles on my new GT is a HARD 20k. Its standing up to the punishment great. At least 60-65 percent of that is wide open acceleration blasts.

when i bought my '94 GT in December of '99 it had 44K on it. now 2 years 3 months and 16 days later it's got 79,995 on it. that's roughly 43 miles a day. *ahem* yea, who buys Mustangs to sit and look at them in the garage lol.

I took the valve covers off to put on new gaskets last summer. They were leaking a tiny tiny bit and I figured what the hell. I already had it sitting there waiting to put the A/C delete kit on, and I was putting in a new radiator too.

The rear diff cover was off a long time ago when the original owner had the 3.73's put in. I think that was around 20,000 miles, but I'd have to look it up. Its had the same ole' Red Line synthetic fluid in it since.
