I'm torn here. I've always been a fan of the '68 fastback with the 390 but ever since my oldest son came home with his 89 GT, I've grown to like the Fox bodies a lot. Guess tha 88-93 Foxes get my nod.

My hands down favorite of all time is the Gone In 60 Seconds '67 Shelby GT500 that JL1314 was so nice to post pictures of. Second would be an '82 GT. Third, a '93 Cobra. Fourth is a Mach 1 sportsroof. Last but certainly not least is, or course, the '84 1/2 20th anniversary GT350s (c'mon...you had to see that coming).

I'd have to disagree stronly with the notchbacks being more practical than the hatch cars. Have you ever hauled a crate motor in a notch? How about a chair, or a desk? I have in my hatch. sure the hatch didn't close on the crate motor, but it did on the other two. You'll also get better fuel economy on the road with the hatch's.
Anyway, I forgot to say Super Stallion. I'm afraid that thing was extremely badass! Hehe, I've got an E85 pump right down the street from my work too. LOL! The '69 sure seems to be a popular car! My Uncle appearently has it made with those. 69 Mach 1 428/CJ Toploader (77k orig owner) 69 Boss 302 (just fully restored and painted) |

That's a tough question...If I had to pick, my all time favorite would be the Saleen S351 (RIP).
Heres my list of all time favorites: 1) Saleen S351 (any year, prefer 1999 model) 2) 2000 Cobra R 3) 1995 Cobra R 4) 1993 Cobra (Both reg & R model) 5) 1996-1998 Cobra 6) 87-93 5.0 (all body styles) 7) 69 Mach 1 428CJ (R code) 8) 69 Boss 429 9) 70 Boss 302 I think that's about it. I would have put the 71 Boss 351 but, I think they are really ugly. ------------------ 1989 lx notch 89,000 miles bolt-ons,stock heads/cam 60'- 2.07, 8.90@78, 13.93@99 |

As far as right from the factory, I don't have any one favorite. Other than the tires being a little too low-profile and the wood interior trim, the 67 GT500 from gone in 60 seconds lookes pretty baddass, I'm not gonna lie. |
