You hurt my feelings... you almost made me cry with your response, could you be more gentle next time...please, please I am so scare.
Ok, enough with the guy crap. Mercury you did not offended me, actually I found your posting a bit funny.
Yeah you are right I don't know much about cars, all I know is how to fix automatic transmissions which I did for 6 years, then I decided to go to college and became a computer engineer.
PEACE.

Personally, I'm looking forward to the Marauder coming out.

BTW, you guys have to understand something: Engines are far more efficient today then they ever have been before. The goal is to build a small displacement engine that can be used in half of the vehicles, and can be anywhere from 150 to 450 horsepower. As far as increasing the displacement, what exactly do you think the supercharger is doing? That was the whole point. Ford, as well as every other manufacturer, has been planning on forced induction for years. When I was in an engines class at the local cc in the early 80's, we were being taught this. I wasn't shocked when the Bonneville and the Thunderbird optioned with superchargers 10 years ago, but everyone else I knew was. Be prepared for the engines to get even smaller, rather than bigger, for the performance models.

Take care,
-Chris
