Got a question about Photoshop

I've heard about that program and saw a few a of the pictures that have been done using it. I'm wondering where I can get it at? Can it be downloaded off the net? I'm wanting to know because I've got some pics that I want to play with. Thanks for any help.

yeah, you can get them off of newsgroups.
