Cool Best Deal On Ebay You've Ever Gotten

I know there was a post about a bad experiance with Ebay recently, I'd like to know of a good one.

My best deal ever? Well, I don't do much shopping on there, but I picked up a brand new set of '99GT 5 spoke 16" wheels w/centercaps and stock BFG 225/55/16 tires for $400. $500 with shipping to my door. I saved a bare minimum of $1400 off what it would have cost me at Ford, unless I used my discount, then I would still have saved $900. If I were to order them from a discount place, comparable set, still saved at least $600.

The best deal I have ever received was my last bad experience, see other topic

I won for $30, but received $60 back, LOL

Honestly, it would have to be my computer parts, BP6 and Celeron's for super cheap.

I got 8 FORD (not reproduction) 68 GT hubcaps and GT emblems for 60 bucks... compared to 60 a piece..

Then I got 68 licencse plates (those cool black and white ones from TX) for 25 bucks. They sell for 80 at swap meets.

And then I got the Steeda TriAx for the 99 for 120 bucks brand new...

The coolest thing I ever got though was my 66 Mustang Hallmark Xmas Tree ornament... only 2 bucks!

So I have personally had good experiences.

Right...right...precious metals and stones. Uh huh. Wish I had some precious metals and stones right about now. Best deal I got was an 18" PA cabinet for $150 ($300 new). But then again I don't do much shopping there.

there is a guy on there now selling body kits from wings west. He orders them direct from wings west, it is an ongoing deal, not just one kit to bid on. I priced a full cobra kit for my car through wings west, 640 bucks plus shipping, this guy will get it for me for 400 bucks plus shipping, and that is brand new shipped from wings west.

I once bought a vintage 1959 6 volt fog horn for $12. It was loud as hell. We tried hooking it to my friends 69 chevelle to scare some people with, since the car had no horn.

Sadly the 12V burned it up faster than expected. :'(

Thumbs up

Bought all my stereo for my car on Ebay. $268 for my ID Chameleon 6.5's (retail $430), and paid $120 apiece for my IDQ 12's when they were selling for $150 or so apiece (2 Novembers ago) and retailing at $199. I also paid $310 for a brand new MTX 2300x amp which was selling at a minimum of $400. Computer stuff will be next on my list from Ebay.
