Cool What's wrong with me?

I know i'm not the only one that does this. I can barely afford the Stangs that I have yet everytime I see one for sale I plot to buy it. I'm driving along and see a beater 69 for sale for $800 and think... that would make a good project car. I don't know how to build cars! What the hell am I thinking! There was a 66 fastback for sale a while ago that I thought about buying and storing... and a pretty straigt '70 that looked good... can't forget about the 89GT that wanted to come home with me... AAAAaaagh! How do you make this go away
I love the ones I have but man I want every one that I see! If I ever get rich i'm gonna start with that sweet blue 98 Cobra that's at the dealer... then.........

I've got the same exact problem! OK, let's see, I already own 2 cars. Plus I'm 18. Well, then I see a baby blue 66 convertable with a white top and white interior. Not only that it is a GTA. Well, I fell in love... and I'm sure she loved me! But it was hard to walk away. Then there was the green Boss I found. Try walking away from a Boss that's only 7000 and in PERFECT condition! A think a tear fell when I decided no. Not to mention the 351 Saleen I found. Or that cute little yellow Ranger I fell in love with. I think this is a problem we all have. Me and my boyfriend joke that if we ever got married that our wallets would be full of car pictures!!! heehee.

Cool

Same here. There is a 90 convert at some used car dealer. It has benn hit on the pas side and taken all the way up the side the the nose wich is busted up. It is red with white top and white leather interior. No one has looked at it for months b/c of the body damage. It runs great and i know i could practically get it for free b/c of the body damage. A couple of hundred bucks and a few trips to the junk yard on a $600 mustang and i'll have a nice summer cruiser for about $1500. DAMN CULINARY SCHOOL AND IT'S POCKET SUCKING TUITION!!! Light Em Up!!!

Thumbs up

Hmmm... $1500 plus the cost of airfare to Georgia... add gas for trip back...God help me.
I agree on the Atlantic Blue, it looks awesome. They're asking too much for the Cobra, though, so no sale here.

I think I found a temporary solution to the 'Stang-buying bug: just dump half your paycheck into speed parts and a few accessories like I do. Hey, it's all an investment, isn't it???
