Linda Lovelace Died!

What a way to start a day. They just said on the radio that Linda Lovelace died yesterday. Something about dying from injuries in an accident a few weeks ago, I think. My details could be wrong because I was pretty dumbfounded after hearing she died, and didn't focus on the details.

Still, that woman had one of the biggest impacts on my life.

Wow, I guess I just never thought about her dying.

Linda Lovelace was 53 and died from injuries she received in an automobile accident she was involved in on April 3rd in Denver, CO. She was on life-support. Her former husband had it removed; she was brain dead.

Here's her bio:

The name Linda Lovelace is known throughout the world, despite having only appeared in a few adult films in the early 1970's. Her prominence came from her starring appearance in the 1972 cult classic "Deep Throat". This well-endowed brunette made waves in this groundbreaking movie with her oral exploits with Harry Reems . Linda was to become the first superstar of erotic entertainment.

Having only appeared in a few sex shorts in the 60's and 70's, the movie "Deep Throat" marked her first and only full feature film. pkrwud after further tought, hey man i apoligize, you may have met this lady in person , or even knew her well. i dont know? so i am just saying sorry man -ok? i have just been under so much stress i have to find something to laugh about, i know her ex- husband got her hooked on drug's & made her do those movie's, etc, she was a victim, while he cashed in on it, really her early life was a sad story, im sorry bro.

Did you know her personally? I guess this would be reasonable, since you live in Southern Cali, where most porn is filmed, but even if this was the case, how did she impact your life?

I woke up to the news that morning and that was just one of those stories that makes you lift your head from your pillow and crack one eye open to see.
