New Guy
Howdy folks. I just registereed for your site today. Looks pretty good. I have a couple of Fords; a red 93 Lightning, a '70 fastback mustang, and a 69 fastback mustang I bracket race. they can be seen here http://www.geocities.com/slariviere/KidV.html
The 69 has goen a best of 1.319 60', and 6.18 @ 110 mph in the 1/8. I havent had it on the 1/4 with this motor yet, but it should run in the 9.80's pretty easily. My Lightning has gone 9.62 in the 1/8. It is all stock, and has 166k miles. I currently live in central NC. I recently moved here from Muscatine, Iowa where I used to race at Eddyville on a weekly basis where I was a past track champion, and occassionaly at that sand trap known as Cordova. Not sure how much I can add to this sie since all I run in my racecar are clevelands, but will chime in when I feel I hace something to add. Rob |

Welcome!
Even though you have cleveland engines in your cars, it makes no difference, this is a forum for all ford engines. Welcome!
You guys aren't even old enough to be drinking, let alone having someone buy you the first round. I'm of legal age though, so if you need an address to ship that beer to, let me know. Take care, Keith |

Thanks!
If you all want to take my '70 for a ride, have at it. But I must warn you first, it pushes like a b!tch! It currently doesnt have a motor or trans. I have heard b ad things about Mason Co. Glad I never raced there. I did run at Cedar Falls a couple of times, and also at tri-State in Earlville. I ran several tracks in the mid west, the out of state tracks consisted of Indianapolis, Topeka, and Scribner. |

Welcome aboard! Some very sweet vehicles you got there. The picture of your lightning didn't work on your page, but I'll try back in alittle bit. Also some very sweet times you got there. Feel free to ask around any questions you have. I'm sure someone will be able to answer it... and I like Molson Canadian... none of the weak american bear.

Welcome to the boards man. I love that 4v Cleveland motor. Just wish I could figure out how to get my hands on one myself.
