Neither. I'd get a blower.

But since that wasn't part of the question, I'd go with a Turbo.

Take care,
-Chris

Exclamation Power adders

Is this a serious question? Nitro? I don't think so.

Turbo. Sure, if you have the money and expertise to do it properly.
I assume this is for a race car, not a daily driven street car.

I agree with PKRWUD, a supercharger is the most practical and efficient power adder and even that takes some prep to do right. Works well, though. Good mod; ask Dan McClain and many others around here.

Then there is always nitrous oxide. Very effective.

I think when Cataract said "nitro" he actually meant nitrous...just a possibility....

I'd go for a blower too, but since it's not one of the choices, I'll agree with the previous replies and go with a turbo.

i disagree with the others. i myself would go turbo. i assume you meant Nitrous? if so then no, turbo all the way. why? well really i like the turbo sound!! that is the main reason why i like it. but i would go with turbo over nitrous because the turbo is always there and you can make some SERIOUS horsepower with it and run pump gas. thats my opinion

blower blower blower if you truly arent worried about money. nitrous is great but if not istalled properly your gonna spend a lot more money fixin your car than you will want to. but if not a blower get the turbo

Not clear what you mean by combo?

You can't run a turbo and a Supercharger at the same time. Running a Turbo or Supercharger and Nitrous is possible, but I wouldn't do it. Very hard to tune.

YES, you can have a supercharger and a turbo on the same car. It's been done before.

The one I've seen used a roots blower for instant low-end boost and power. The Turbo let it have killer top end too. It also allowed for the use of a larger turbo for even more top end, because spool up time was no longer a problem. However this what on a full out drag car, I doubt it would be pratical for the street, but I can be done.
