Default 200 GT, with a 4 valve???

Guy wanted to race my friend, and he claims he has a 2000 GT. But it has a cobra motor in it? I know they didn't make the regular cobra's in 2000, does anyone know if a 4 valve 4.6 was an option on a 2000 GT?

No it was not a option. He could have a 99 or 01 Cobra motor in it(or maybe a 96-98, not sure if they will fit). You should be able to easiley tell if it is a cobra motor or not

Or he could just be full of crap.
