Default Thinking about turning my car into a corner carver

Well I found a set of turbines that I think I can get for cheap.

I not looking to out handel a Indy car, but I wanna step up the handleing a notch or 3.

I'm gonna add:
Turbine rims
5.0 springs
5.0 sway bars
home-made sub-frame connectors
home-made strut tower brace

As you can see I'm goning pretty low bugget(thank God my dad welds for a living)

Also, would stuff like boxing my control arms help? Can you guys think of some other cheap mods I could do you make?

Lightbulb Handle with care

In addition to the HD springs and the bracing you plan to do, KYB struts and shocks are economical and would help. Remember, tires are a big part of handling; generally, the softer the compound, the better.

Both my 88LX Hatch auto 4 bangers would lift the inner rear wheel going around a hard corner al la Volkswagen GTI. Getting stiffer struts/shocks/springs would probably stop that and give it even more cornering force.

I always recommend (like a broken record) this order:
Welded subframes
Springs
Struts/shocks

Re-evaluate. Do you really wanna throw more money away? Then add new wheels/tires. GOOD ones, not Pep Boys tires, I mean spend a few bucks, there _is_ a difference.

Now stop!
Cause from here is starts to get more complicated and more expensive...

drudis Well I'm getting the turbine rims because my 14" poly glass rims are ugly as crap.

Also things like sub frames, strut tower brace, and boxing the control arms wouldn't cost me anything because my dad can make/do it for me.

I was going to add the 5.0 springs because they had a higher spring rate, they're cheap, and I'm broke. Same with the sway bars, they're biger and they're cheap.
