Sounds like you need a lot more than a spark plug wire change.

Have the EMS diagnosed at a reputable shop. Well worth the expense. You many have a bad sensor/meter. Easily replaced. Problem over.

Do the v6's have traction control? If so, turn it off. If not, I cant be of much help.

i had the computer diagnosed and nothing came out 'cause the check engine light is not on, the only thing i have noticed is that when i have checked it at night i see the spak plug wires glowing in the dark like the spark is runing through the wire all the way through thats why i replaced the wires twice and it is still doing, it could it be the coil pack sending too much spark and burning the wires

I just checked and traction control was not available on the base v6 models, but was standard on the premium v6 models. There should be a button below the radio that says "Trac" or something. Make sure it is off. I know I already said that, but, what you are describing sounds just like the factory traction control. When you try to spin the wheels, it cuts power to the engine and it feels like it is going to die. It stumbles and chugs like its severely misfiring. If it does not do this during normal acceleration, that is because your tires are not breaking loose. I forgot to turn mine off at the track once when I was attempting to do my burnout. Talk about embarassing.
