Mine has a little trick to it. I could have gone with 1995mustanggt, which would be named for my 1995 Mustang GT. However, I thought that I would spice things up by droping the 19... Hence 95mustanggt is left over. There are only 2 things I don't like about my name. 1. If I ever change cars (to a newer mustang of course) my name no longer makes any sense 2. Other people can go by 96mustanggt or 94mustanggt which is pretty dam close to me. To my knowledge that only one who is that close is 98mustangGT. |

LAME STORY
Well, there is nothing exciting about my story! When I started to show my car and was getting my display sign done, everyone always has a 'title' or a 'pet name' for thier car, and I needed one...... hence I came up w/ mine:
Topless: My convertible Texas: Where I live I love both of them! I also have "I'd Rather Be Topless" on my lisence plate bracket on the rear end. Although, for some reason, some people seem to think I might be a 'dancer' or something to that affect! NOT! Go figure! And when i do my abbreviation, TNT, I used the 'N' for 'IN', cuz I dont think it would be 'appropriate' for the boards if I used the real letters... TNT

since i have the most exciting name on the board i'd better explain it's origin. ok it's dumbest name on the board, so there lol.
actually it's not what you might think, my name isn't even "Tod". the only reason i used that name was to go "undercover" in a way. why? i have no idea, i wasn't planning on staying, just asking some questions about the car and ducking out a few weeks later but, here i still am. my name is actually T.J. (T not standing for Tod either) and i'm planning on changing my username shortly to something else anyway.

Well, im also a musician. I play guitar, and for a long time, Zakk Wylde has been my hero and favorite guitar player and role model.
History Lesson #1: Zakk Wylde started playing with Ozzy Osbourne when he was 18 in 1987. He played on the albums "No Rest For The Wicked", "Just Say Ozzy", "No More Tears", "Live and Loud", "Ozzmosis", "Down To Earth", and the new "Live at Budokan." History Lesson #2: After leaving Ozzy, he formed a southern rock band "Pride and Glory", in which I reccommend them to everyone. In 1996, he went solo under the name "Zakk Wylde" and did an acoustic album entitled "Book of Shadows" in which is very very melodic and is kool as sh*t. Then, in 1998, he formed Black Label Society, one of the heaviest bands around that doesn't stray from its roots(Sabbath and Pantera sounding music). Zakk is now touring with both Ozzy and BLS(Black Label) on the Ozzfest. Hence "WyldeBLS". |

The whole Frankenstang thing came up when I started tearing the car apart for restoration last summer. As I removed and stripped each of the major body panels I noticed that they were pretty much all original parts. The funny thing about it is that nearly all of them had been scavenged off a different mustang throughout my car's long and abused history. Though all original ford pieces, there is not a single major removable part on the outside of the car that had been on it when it left the factory. The fenders, doors, hood, trunklid, headlight buckects, etc all came from numerous donor cars. The entire powertrain is the same way, all mustang parts, just not from my mustang.
When I was discussing this with a friend he was like "geez man, your car is made up of like 15 other dead mustangs, it's like the frankenstien of the auto world". And so the name was quickly adapted to Frankenstang, and then to Frankenstang65 for message board purposes. And plus, with the 351 under the hood, it is a bit of a "monster" by stock 65 mustang standards. I think it fits. Later

Mine came from when I preformed in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. I also did the preshow to warm the audience up, and my "uniform" for preshow was a kilt and a tophat. The opening number we used to do was the Beastie Boys "Fight for your right to party" which I used to sing with a mike and quite a sound system backing me up.
One of the other cast members made a comment at a party one night that I was the "kilted banshee", and the name sort of stuck. 93gt=self explanitory Jorge |

Mustang=my passion
Kelly=my first name When I first got my Stang, this guy at work would start singing "Mustang Kelly" (to the tune of Mustang Sally) every time he would see me. It just kind of stuck . 96 is the year. Last edited by MustangKelly96; 06-29-2002 at 01:00 PM.. |

I guess I can go ahead and let everyone in on what "cad614" means. NOTHING!!
"cad614" was actually the student ID I was given when I tried to suffer through college. The first thing I did when I got online (in the school computer labs) was set up a hotmail account. Every name I tried to use was already chosen, so I ended up trying "cad614" and it worked. Then I started going to various other sites that required user names, and it seemed like the only name I could always use was "cad614". That's how I came to use this name, and why no matter where I go online, it's the name I use. Pretty interesting. |
