331 stroker
I'm interested in carbureting my 331. I like edelbrock but not sure what size and if I should purchase one with a electric choke or manual

go with an edelbrock intake and either a holley/barry grant carb
what kind of heads and cam you got on there?

Get a Vic Jr. and a holley/ barry grant. I would say no less than a 650.. but i would try a 750.
I am building a 331 right now and plan on running a 750 |
