Default Ouch!!!!

Well the Navy ripped all four of my wisdom teeth out this morning. The good news is that it's free and I get 48 hours of no duty. The bad news is that I inherited some weird nerves from my Dad and Novacain (sp?) doesn't work very well on either of us, so I was just sitting there squeezing the arms of my chair in pain for about an hour. Every time I'd yell, he'd say "did you feel that?" I'd say HELL YES I felt that!, so he'd shoot me up with more numbing stuff, but it only made the front of my mouth numb, not the rear.

That was at 7:00AM, and my mouth still hurts badly. I knew It would, but it's still no fun. I've sitting in my house all alone all day, and man it really sucks. Especially since we're gonna be moving soon and all our stuff is packed and my wife and kids are in AZ right now. Oh well, I just wanted to share I guess.

Ouch. I know how you feel. I was zonked out on pain pills for 3 days after mine were pulled, but they actually put me out to take mine. Just pray to God you don't get dry sockets. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

Yikes, I havn't had mine removed. Well I don't have any but I believe they are starting to come out now. I'm turning 18 in October, isn't it to late to have them come out? I dred the day they have to be removed. I am no fan of dentists.

Nope it's not too late. Your wisdom teeth start coming in at about 17-18 years old. Usually they cause problems because there's not enough room in your mouth for them.
