Thumbs up Fun Ford Weekend at Moroso...

Ok so who is going? I know that I am, along with my roommate and another friend with a lightning too. I was also thinking about going to the Steeda Stampede. Its a charitable event with food and then a caravan to the track.

It's October 20th and 21st. I'll be there but won't be wasting my time at Steeda.

Whats the matter Bill, had a bad experience with Steeda, or just don't feel like driving south to go north?

I just don't support a company that is out to rip off racers and that is more or less what Steeda is about. They charge way too much money for just about everything they sell. They are getting better but for the most part 90% of their products are over priced.

Two other reasons is one like you said I don't see the purpose in driving 35 minutes south then driving an hour north to get somewhere that is 30 minutes away from home. I also want to get there when the gates open and get a good pit area and not wait till after the gates are open and get pitted out on BFE.

Hey I hear ya man. They are extremely overpriced, as for the ripping off, I wouldn't know about that, never really dealt with them before so I wouldn't know.

When I talk about ripping them off I'm more or less referring to the prices they charge. I'm sorry but $180 for a shifter that costs $50 to make is ridiculous.
