Nitrous Problems?
I was wondering if anyone running the juice had ever had a run in with the law concerning juice being in your car. Or if you know of places that outlaw using it... I wanna run it in my car (in Ontario) but I don't know the legal part of it...

There are 50 state legal kits. I know a guy with a 70 camaro that had to have his removed because of the police. Of course he put it right back on. But look for a legal kit if your worried and you'll be fine.

No problem in Michigan. I am pretty sure Canada is the same way.

No offence, but why on Earth are you going to use Nitrous? If it's just because of money, look at it this way, how many times do you think you will fill your bottle a week, month, year? Second, after the first spray, you lose your pressure, and you can't get good baseline for your performance output. Third, unless everything is perfectly installed, it's very instable.
I know it's a bit more upfront, but a SuperCharger is alot cheaper in the long run. Just something to think about. Not trying to force my opinions on you. I'll greatfully admit that it's good power, at a reasonable price to start with, but I wouldn't take the chances with it. For what it's worth, I hope you get it running right and that you enjoy it. |

I ran NOS for a while and never had any problems and I like it because it feels sweet when you hit the nos. I filled my NOS about once a month, maybe more if I went to the track and one bottle is good for about 10 runs. I guess to each his own.

Like you said, to each his own. Just because I won't run it, doesn't mean it isn't the best way for you to go. I've driven in several NOS cars, and I like the kick it gives. It's pretty damn cool, but not as cool, to me, as a Super Charger or turbo. The way I see it, as long as it gets you down the track with some resemblance of reliability, and quick, go for it. I just hate seeing good cars blow-up at the track as a result of a malfuntion. not that N/A and SC cars don't blow-up, just not as much. Anyway, have fun squirtin', and killing bow-ties.
