Default Gonna apply for a loan(First time)

Monday I'm gonna head down to the bank and check on getting a loan for the first time in my life.I've never taken out a loan before,so .. all I need is 500$ but was wonderin if they would grant a loan when it will be just for a Christmas gift?

If it's only for $500., ask for a 90-day loan.

You'll have to fill out a long application so have all the info handy when you apply; student loans you may owe on, assets (your car? - have the registration info with you), job history (know the names and addresses of former employers), things like that. Bring a pen and expect to spend an hour or so. Dress nice. Suit and tie is optional but no baggies and sneakers and no baseball cap. The point is to 'look responsible'.
