Default opinions?????

i have a speed density 88...........instead of buying a mass air conversion kit i was thinking of going to a dual 500cfm double pumper set up...........keep in mind the block is bored .030 over. what would give me better times in the 1/4? 3.73 rearend, tied frame, titanium drive shaft, block bored to .030, 1.94/1.60 valves....Also what cam should I upgrade to??? X, B, M, F, E???
I am also upgrading the valves to 2.02/1.60

Bad idea. Your car would run worse with that set up. The speed density set-up will easily operate the mods you suggested.

BTW. If you have stock heads putting bigger valves doesnt do much for performance.

Buy some GT-40P heads for about 300 bucks and slap those on with a good port job.

As fas a s a cam goes the B or E cam would be best if you are going to go with an alphabet cam.

If you are dead set on going with a carb a 600 cfm carb is all you would need to get the most out of your combo.

It only cost about 200 bux to switch over to mass air. All you need is an ecu wich is a 5 minute install. A pig tail harness for the mass air sensor wich is a 15 minute install and a mass air sensor wich is a 5 minute install.

I'd suggest MAF conversion and an E cam.

The car should be consistent, reliable, and run like a scalded dog
