***2 months ago, I would have said that was complete Bull$hit, but check my sig I still love my slow pony though.
Just give it some time, and practice, your 1/4 time will get lower, and lower. =) ***Black 2000 GT Auto Bassani X-pipe, Magnaflow Mufflers, Steeda Pulleys, K&N Filter. Steeda Weld in Subframes, Strut Tower brace, Sport Springs, Caster/Camber Plates. Ran Once, 14.52@96.57 with a 1.32 R/T & 2.3 60'!! R/T 1.32? with some practice you could get it down to .2's consistently, if you got really good maybe some .0**'s. And your 2.3 60' is hurtin you. Probally get that down to a 2.00? Sounds like your car has some real potential, and you've started off with the all the right mod's too. And if you really wanted to knock some time off that 1/4 you should get a higher stall. Oh by the way Green99GT, I forgot to say WELCOME TO THE BOARD! ------------------ -1989 GT, not stock. -2000 Camaro SS-A4, 13.4's bone stock. -1989 Chevy S-10, EX. 1BAD89:
Yeah, the car really doesn't feel that slow. I only ran it once, and it was my first time ever at the track. I know I can pull a low 14 if I go again. Given that I've beaten lt1 Z28s consistently on the street, I know the car is faster than that 14.5. |
