To All The Bodybuilders
just wonderin if there are any people on here who lift wieghts???
any big dudes?? ive been on here for a few years and havent really heard much mentioned about liftin well if there is anyone post your pics...... here is mine

I am currently 5'11, 254lbs..maybe that's why i can't hit 6's?? lmao. I have recently got back into lifting weights and have toned up quite good i might add. My arms are still the same size they were in college..which were 18 1/2 flexed. I got a 49 inch chest. so i'd like to be a lil bigger..but maybe one day.

I need to get back to lifting weights. havent done it since Junior year of high school in weightlifting class and a few times at the gym now and then. i benched like 240 back then (weighed 220) but i doubt im anywhere near that now

at 145lbs and 6' tall, I can bench 100lbs with my arms!! grrr!! rofl...

I lift, but not religiously or even that seriously. Mainly just lift to keep bulk (whatever bulk there is...lol...I'm 5'8" and weighed a tad under 145 w/o clothes yesterday). I'm not quite there right now, but I've benched 220 and full squatted 350 (about 4 months ago). Ehhh....FWIW......
