I love a good wheels up pic.

..."the big daddy" is going mid-high 8's these days on BFG drag radials. A few other guys are also in the high 8's on this type of tire. The drag radial wars should be a good show in '03!!!

I've never seen the second pic you posted... looks like he's got his hands full!

If you find a pic of Tommy Trotter's beautiful teal '93 Cobra doing his wheelstand from a couple years back (and then flipping over, totalling out the car) post that for us Extreme!!!! I remember seeing the pic spread in MM&FF, where I also first saw the first pic you posted of big daddy Dwayne.

I wish I had a good picture of my wheelstand Oh well...

Later,
-Ryan

You aren't allowed to run wheelie bars in the Drag Radial class... among other classes where this type of thing can, and does, happen.

Besides, Crazy Horse, wheelie bars are for sissies!!!

That is amazing that you can get Drag radials to hook that well. I love the pair i have but never imagined they could do something like that. Awesome.

true, true (bumper cover)... thanks! I'll be ready for it next time.... should it happen again.

About the drag radials... I never would've thought that 8 second e.t.'s would be a reality on a 'street' tire, lol. But, I also remember when it was a big deal to run a 9 second pass in Pro 5.0!!! Oh how the time flys... now 6.40's at 220mph is a reality in the Pro ranks Any they've almost broken the 200mph barrier (198mph by Elias Delatorre) on small 10.5" tires in the world of Outlaw racing... simply amazing!!

He doesn't usually launch like that. He was putting on a show for the camera's Broke a fan bracket and bent a header tube coming down. I remember the spread in MM/FF.

That's just about the time my *** would pucker so severely that the seat cover and my lower intestines would become one.

Wow.

Take care,
