Default SUPER2NR TV........TV show for ricers.

Has anyone else seen this show called "SUPER2NR TV"? It comes on TNN at 12:30pm on Saturdays right before "Car and Driver","Horsepower TV", and "Trucks"(ya know the good shows). Basically it's a tv show for ricers. The hosts are two young guys which annoy the crap outta me. They say stuff like "Ok this next ride is off the hook", and "Peace Out". If you can stand to put up with them, the cars they have on that show are sure to make you scramble to grab the remote. Nothing, but rice as far as the eye can see.

TNN has really made me mad with this. What happened to all those other great car shows they used to have? Shows like "My Classic Car", and "Popular Hotrodding Mechanics".

They got rid of those great shows for this crap?

That stupid show reeeeeeeally made me mad today. I was waiting for "Car and Driver" to come on, because they were gonna review the 2003 Mach1, but anyway. They were doing a segment on some 22 minute ricer movie some guy had made called "The Last Race". In the clip they showed they had a Fox body GT convertible Mustang(not riced out thank God) racing a Acura Integra(riced out of course). The Mustang was about to win, but then lost because of mechanical problems. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I guess I looked something like this. The dude that made the movie admited the Mustang in reality was more powerful, but I was still p/o'ed. I say we all buy a copy of this p.o.s movie, and burn it. Go here.

lol, thats the show with the slim shady twins right? I saw one where there was a bunch of rice at an 1/8 mile track somewhere, and there was a sick stang doig wheelies and tearing it up. They kept asking all these little dirtballs if they could hang with "that 5-Oh" and all these kids were like "hell no"! It was kinda funny. You can tell by watching the show for 30 seconds that those queers know nothing about cars.

I was watching it today, and they asked this one dude what he had in his celica. He said, cam gears, intake, headers, and exhaust. Last time i checked headers were part of the exhaust but anyways, he also had a 50 shot of nitrous. Next was him versus a riced out civic. Civic ran 16.xx versus his winning 16.87 seriously i'm not even joking. In all honesty i thought those celicas were faster than that? He had a decent launch too, well i mean for an import

Yeah the new Celicas are junk... roomate last year had one that he put an exhaust and cold air kit on. He always wanted to race so one day we did and he was burned. But that car could really corner. he could be doing 65 to 75 and take these corners that I would have burned on.

Yeah I was just commenting to my little bro today how that is the only show on TNN that is car related and NOT in the "Power Block"
How Ironic.

I hate that show. I really do. I watched part of it one time and it was just flat out stupidity. I'll never watch it again.

Oh, and one more thing. That woman that host's tnn's power block is a moron.

after the Badging for power segment, they are going to explain how using the same thing lube they use for cornhole lubrication can actually decrease driveline horsepower losses.

I watched some show on TNN several weeks ago. The host was talking about this civic with all these "performance" parts. In the end there were some rims, a carbon fibre hood, carbon fibre mirrors, clear tail lights, clear head light corners and a cat back exhaust. I don't know about you guys, but that list doesn't really contain anything I would call "performance parts"

Maybe so, but I always seem to move closer to the TV trying to look up under her crop top, LOL.

Default Free horse power?

I watched it again while waiting for "Power Block". These two dudes explained to me how "super chargers" were "parasitic" since they took power from the crank to power the S/C, while the" turbocharger" was "free" horsepower since it was powered by the exhaust that ran anyway.

Haven't these retards ever heard of "back pressure"? I wonder why they think lowering back pressure was one of the first mods anyone in the aftermarket industry ever thought of (maybe Vick Edelbrock's father?)

If you took away their cue cards, they'd be nothing more than two stupid ricers talking BS.

I can't stand their little accents either. "Soup-a Toon-a" TV. No thank you.
