New Vette hehelolsnicker
Well this is my first post in over a year. been busy with the stang and the sho. But did anyone see that Chevy comercial with the car transporter? The pop the C6 up there and I gotta tell you I did not care for it 10 years ago when Dodge called it a stealth. I've been watching the 05 Mustang debate on various boards that it's ugly and to retro I love what I've seen so far. But this new vette looks like it came out of ricer montly. If you missed the comercial you can play it on Chevrolet.com. It's good for a laugh.
And it's good to be back.

I agree. I think its ugly as well. It looks like a cross between a C5 and a Viper and a NSX.
Has anyone seen the motor trend article on the 05 mustang gt? It looks badass!

the new stang and vette are both in the new motor trend
personally, I love both of them, although the stang could use a few minor aftermarket changes, and the vette could use a non-RX7 looking front end

I know this is off subject but Drew mentioned it. The new stang is so-so. Lets just be saying I'll be buying a 99-04 Stang in the future.

Ok after much consideration and more photos and seeing one today I've changed my mind. It looks more like and RX-8 then a Stealth with some acura tossed in. I happen to know a hardcore vette guy collects 57 -67 and limited production C4's His take was UGLY he wanted the 53 RetroVette to be the C6 now that was a pretty car they had at Powertour in Pontiac last year.
As for the new Stang count me in as soon as they hit the used car side of the lot no sense in taking the depreciation hit when soeone else will do it for you. Midnite figures you would agree with me same taste in music. And I know of 11 people that need Lenscrafters.LOL

Doesn't do much for me but I'd need to see it in person.

Rx-8 was initially what I thought of when I saw it too. It is so-so....not qutie hideous, but not real attractive either.
