I was talking to me local Firestone a while back about wheel alignment on my '79 mustang. He refused to do it because the computer they had didn't have my year. So I started naming off tools he could use to align it without a computer. He straight out told me that this tools, that I used for a year while in High School, before I joined the AF, didn't even exist! I was like, WTF! I finaly just walked out because this guy didn't have clue on what he was doing. If the computer didn't say it, he didn't know it.
