4501-? Does anyone really have this many?

Only me (4700 +) and Dan McClain (4575). Surprise!

Unit 5302 is in the neighborhood with 4000.

PKRWUD is closing in on 3000 (2975).

We really have to get out more.

Yeah, I used to be a senior member before the message board change, but now I have to get up to 500. Going to school full time doesn't allow me as much time to post as I would like.

I've been wondering about Dan McClain's posts. LOL. He registered 11/2001, but he's already got 4575 posts. Hmmm... I guess the owner gets to play with the posts haahahaha.

I believe I'm close to 650 or around there. I'm slowly getting up there. I was on a mad race in the beginning. Now I just post at what ever pace I can handle.

Happy Posting All,
§am.

As you know Kell, (but just for the public record) Dan McClain 'registered' (founded Mustang Works) about seven years ago and probably has way over 5,000 posts, if he bothered to count everything he's posted since '95.

He should probably adjust his 'membership' date (I did) but otherwise, Dan's post count is quite conservative.

Question Say What?

Are you talking to me?

I didn't 'brag', I simply posted the post totals as they stand, available to anyone who checks the 'Top 25 Posters' section of the board. If it's true, it isn't bragging and since I've been on this website since '97 and am the messageboard Administrator I naturally have a lot of posts.

That fact - and $1.10 - will get me a large cup of coffee at Dunkin' Donuts.

BTW; I did vote, but the point of the poll is to determine the largest block of posters and 4500 + ain't anywhere near there with only two of us in that group, is it? I voted for the 500-1000 group, which is the likely 'winner'.

Hope that clears up your confusion.

Naw, I was just saying that u do have over 4500 posts, but then u don't even put it in the poll. I just sid that to try to get u to put your on there. It's not who wins, but what the biggest group here is.

Of the first 300 alphabetical members on this site, only 5 have more than 499 posts.

I'd say I'm right, LOL. That would mean 98.3% of members have less than 500, and the rest of the groups is divided up amongst the remaining 1.7% Of course, a truely accurate representation should probably consist of at least 1000 samples. There will be some variance in my sample of 300.

Yup, your up too late.

It made sense to me, although actually looking into to the probabilities and statistics of post counts in extreme detail seems like very boring work to me. But thats why I'm not a statistician.
