Default windshield wiper problem

My windshield wipers do not work at all. Car was resently painted may have lost ground, does anyone know were to look. It is a 1990 mustang. Or were to check voltage

Check the fuse and replace it even if it looks good, just for testing purposes. Turn the windshield wipers on high or low (not intermittent), then pop the hood and locate the windshield wiper motor (it will be located on the firewall (drivers side). Grab a screwdriver, and with the handle end, moderately tap several times on the housing. If the wipers move, you need a new windshield wiper motor. If it doesn't move, check voltage to the windshield wiper motor to insure power is getting to it. If it's not getting power, you have a disconnect in the electrical somewhere, and you'll need to trace back the lines from the wiper motor.

Im a newbie and i cant find where the hell you go to post a new question. But i have a 94 302 and my wipers dont work. I replaced the multi ****** up switch. The wipers still dont work. Is there anything else it could be besides the motor before i buy the atcuall motor and does anybody know how to get to the wiper motor help is needed asap thanks for reading mustang fans.
