Default My 1st convertible

Seven + years and 189,000 miles later, I traded my 2000 Mustang GT in on an '07 GT convertible. As soon as I can get pictures taken, loaded, and posted, you'll get to see my new "baby". I am 1,000 times worse than a little kid with a new toy at Christmas. The weather has been pretty nice over the past few days so I have had the top down quite a bit and been enjoying the "topless" life. It's good to be back at MW.

Sounds nice.

I never really thought I liked convertables until I got the Cobra. I think I'll always have one now.

The best way to post pictures is use a remote site like photobucket.com

Ive been using it for years with no problems. ( Free Too )

After you upload the pics there, just post the link or have the pic open by posting the [IMG] link from photbucket.

Thumbs up Re: My 1st convertible

I've owned a couple of convertibles and loved all of them. Unfortunately, none were Mustangs.

I eventually gave up on convertibles based mostly on the fact that I live in the northeast and can only put the top down on a regular basis for less than six months per year. I still like convertibles and admire the late-model Mustang models, even if I don't plan to buy one.

Maybe its just me, but I've always believed that even the most ugly car (say, a VW 'Bug') always looks a lot better when you have the convertible model - with the top down.
