Question 87-93 LX 5.0 body molding

I asked this in Windsor with no response and I could use some help please.

Female here.... Will 87-93 LX 5.0 body molding fit my 1988 Convertible 5.0? I know some things will work with both, but some will not!

Do you mean the beltline mouldings that go around the car? If so then I'm pretty sure they will. Ford did change the mouldings on the LX in 1991 or 1992 to a smaller body colored moulding that made the car look much cleaner, you can even paint the existing ones to match the rest of the car.

Yes that is what I mean. Someone has them for sale on the internet and I could really use them if they will work. They are all black which is what I need. Thanks for your reply
