Default Pics of the new notch AFTER 1 day of work...

Okay, ELisa and I painted the front bumper trim and the trim around the glass. We also installed some clear corners, a new trunk capret, Elisa's SN94 black seats (power, YEAH!), removed that TERRIBLE tint and replaced the light switch.

Well of course. One of E's friends works at a Ford dealer in MD, so we ordered the headlights and parking lamps at cost (close to the price of reproductions!) and we'll be picking them up probably next weekend. I stuck these on immediately because they are the diamond lights not the clears, and I wanted to check out how they looked.

Okay, the paint is the original factory Ford paint from 1988......LOL I was amazed to even see it on there in 2002. For now, I'm just trying to clean up the exterior a little bit while I build up the chasis/suspension. Once I'm finished with the suspension/chasis mods, I plan to paint the sucker and then move onto building a new motor for forced induction (306 or 331).

Yes, the paint sux...... but at least that TERRIBLE tint is gone now. It made me shudder to look at my own car in the lot.

I was thinking the same thing... That's the reason I got headlight covers in the first place. I've replaced ALL the lights on the car, but I like the covers, so they stay! Been there for 5 years! Spent alot on new lights and the cobra taillights, sometimes I feel bad for covering them up!

Anyways, the car has awesome potential! I'm sure you guys are gonna have a ball modding it! have fun!

We used Plasti-kote Bumper and Trim paint, it's Satin Black, so it has a bit of shine, but not knock-your-sockys-off glare like Gloss black would have. You can pick it up at Advance or Pep Boyz

Geeze.....you guys are brutal. Did I mention I've had her for like less than 128 hours and that's all I could do in like 3-5 hours?

Yeah, I've already ordered the new parking/headlamps from Ford. I should have them on in two weeks or so. Then it's time to update the crappy sound system. I get to keep my amps because Elisa just got a Soundstream D'Artagnon (BADASS AMP!!)

Anyway, thanx for the compliments guys! It's got potential, even if she's a little rough around the fenders
