Default CD ROM Service manuals

Does anyone have one of these CD ROM versions of a service manual? Is it any good?

If it is the one by Helm Publishing it should be very good. I recently bought the hardcopy version of the '00 Mustang manual and it is awesome - good illustrations for every step of every procedure. Cost me $130 though..
