Default I love beer

Of all the things that grace the board in this area I have never seen anything on my friend the beer. I would just like to take a moment to honor some of my favorites. Feel free to mention some of your own if you like.

1. Michelob Amber Bock
2. Killeans Irish Red (better on tap)
3. Those of you on the Northern East coast will know this one, I just couldn't tell you how to spell it. Sounds like, (yeng-ling) anyway they make a black and tan that is pretty good.
4. And for the west coast Carl Struss has this Red Tail Trolley that is good, but it has to be on tap, don’t drink that bottled because it just isn't good.
5. Murphy’s Stout
6. And when I just want to spend $8-$10 for a days worth of drinken it's the King of Beers or Original Coors.

Just to name a few off the top of my head. Also as much as I love my friend the beer we never drink and drive.

We have at least one or two beer oriented posts per month. They were usually by Big White Cobra.

I have aquired a taste for the Super Walmart discount beers, such as Milwuakee Best Ice. Ah yes, nothing like that sharp aftertaste.

I am by no stretch of the imgination a beer expert. All I know is I grab a 24 Pack of the cheap stuff every few weeks.

Me too!

Merc, you gotta stay away from those Super Walmart discount beers - that stuff will hurt you. Milwaukees Best Ice, are you kidding me???

Cool

Mmm, beer. Other than being the fifth food group, it is much more than a good way to waste time. Properly used, beer compliments food in the same manner as wine. Think I'm kidding? Try a draught can of Guiness (or your Murphy's) next time you have a marinara sause with your pasta. Or try a nice pilsner (Bittburger) with your chicken. I am currently researching the beer-food relationship to write a book, so don't steal my idea. I also brew my own, when I have the time.

Just remember:
Beer+Passenger seat=Good time
Beer+Driver seat=Hard time

Thumbs up

LOL
scarily enough, I'm a bartender, and I stick to budwieser... The strange part why, is because EVERYONE has it. You don't have to make the poor bartender go through the list... the damn list they have to say 40 times a night, ya just say bud bottle and it's there!
Other than that, I really like Red Stripe.

If it's beer I will probably drink it. I'm not too picky. Most of the time I drink Bud Light.

MMMM, Bitburger. Actually, the Bitburger sold in the States tastes a lot different than what is sold in Germany. I have been fortunate enough to drink Bitburger from the tap in the town of Bitburgh. I agree with JL1314 also. Red Stripe is my favorite beer. I have drunk it on the beach in Negril, Jamaica. Very fond memories that I can't post here. I can't find it anywhere around here though. Another excellent beer is Labat Blue. Truth be told, I pretty much like all Canadian beers. Yeungling is a native Pennsylvania beer which is so-so. From Texas comes Shiner Bock, a smooth, dark beer.

Of course there is Honey Brown Lager. "The beer god has spoken." lol

I love just to drink normal plain old beer. I used to drink nothing but bud until they starting sponsering Dale jr. I hate him so i had to switch over to miller lite the only beer that sponsers a ford in nascar. Sometimes i will go to the store and go look at the hard stuff but always go right back to my beer. Every now and then i love to get a 40 of OLDE. Has anyone tried the hig gravity OLDE damn that is strong stuff.

Well, being 17 and all I probably shouldn't chime in, but I still will.

I don't really have favorites. The type of drink I get just depends on what mood I'm in.

Just the normal "hang out, throw a few back, feelin pretty good" drink is an 18-pack of my Bud, Light.

If I'm feeling kind of rich I get some Sam Adams, but if I'm feeling cheap and don't want to spend very much money I ditch beer and get a liter of vodka, some cheap orange juice, and some crushed ice. SCREWDRIVER TIME!

Talking It's Miller Time

I'm goin have to go with miller lite, I used to like bud light but it gives me real bad hang overs. If cost is not an issue crown and coke doubles rock as does chivas and makers mark is a pretty good buorbon.

MILWUAKEE BEST ICE IS DA BOMB!

And to top it off, its cheap as dirt (Probably because its made of it). I'm not a beer conasoier (Spelling).

I also drink.

1. Miller Lite.
2. Bud Lite.
3. Ice House.

Right now I have a 24 pack of Busch Ice in my fridge, now that Crap sucks @ss. But its beer, Beer gives me that warm fuzzy feeling. Me like Beer.

16 REASONS WHY BEER SHOULD BE SERVED AT WORK...

1. It's an incentive to show up.
2. It leads to more honest communications.
3. It reduces complaints about low pay.
4. Employees tell management what they think, not what they want to hear.
5. It encourages car pooling.
6. Increase job satisfaction because if you have a bad job, you don't care.
7. It eliminates vacations because people would rather come to work.
8. It makes fellow employees look better.
9. It makes the cafeteria food taste better.
10. Bosses are more likely to hand out raises when they are wasted.
11. Salary negotiations are a lot more profitable.
12. Employees work later since there's no longer a need to relax at the bar.
13. It makes everyone more open with their ideas.
14. Eliminates the need for employees to get drunk on their lunch break.
15. Employees no longer need coffee to sober up.
16. Sitting "Bare *** " on the copy machine will no longer be seen as gross. Take a beer and send the truck to all of your friends!!!!
