John Gotti, perhaps the most influential mobster of all time died tonight. Just thought I'd mention it, for any "MOB" followers such as my self, I have a relative in the DEA that had his hands blown off by a Gotti sanction! Gotti was 61.

John Gotti was a smirking, murdering thug who received a lot more public attention then he ever deserved, in my opinion. Thank the tabloid N.Y. news media for that.

These gangsters are like roaches; you can kill them but they just seem to multiply. Another murdering thug will take Gotti's place, sucking off money by preying on people's weaknesses (drugs, gambling, prostitution). He'll eventually end up in prison or shot dead by a rival mobster. So it goes, on and on. Useless vermin.

Good riddance to John Gotti. A parasite on society.

I personally am saddened by the way Gotti passed. Orginized crime is what makes this country great. Without the mob, we wouldn't have Vegas. We got Italians, Irish, Russians, all sorts of families doing stuff everywhere. They get more done on the blue collar level than the Unions. Heck, they run the unions.

Lets all have some Spagetti and raise a glass of Merlot in memory of the boss.
