Computer question

Any XP users know how to disable startup items?? I went to system information like you usually would to do it, but the options aren't there anymore!! Any ideas??

Try this, it's how I do it. Pretty sure it still works on XP.

Start > Run > " msconfig "
Then click the startup tab and (un)click away!

MSCONFIG will do it. If you got other things, errors and such not showing up in there. Write down the file name its referring to.

Run Regedit, and do a find. Remove all lines referring to that file name, and you'll be set.
