New CDRW What the heezy?
Installed a LG CDRW 32x10x40.
Did all the usual updates etc. CDRW is sec master and DVD is sec slave. It would not read any gaming Cd's WTH? My old DVD drive still reads and played fine. The CDRW pulls up the first screen of a game but cant pick the start game button. So for some reason I could pic "install" So after installing game again, with new CDRW the game works fine. WTH? Why would I need to install the game again with the new drive? This normal or am I defective. |
