There is a kit available at Sears called a Foam Drawer Organizer. That's what I used for my sockets in these two pics. They are of the same drawer, with a sliding drop in shelf for ratchets and extensions. I use that foam stuff everywhere: my nutdriver drawers, my top tune-up drawer, etc. You have to cut out the foam where you want stuff to fit, but it's easy, looks good, and holds everything in place.
