Default I going to kill the family cat!

Don't ya just hate it when a cat gets on your car? They get their foot prints ALL over it, cat hair everywhere, and worst of all claw marks in the paint.

This morning I went outside to find cat hair on the top of my Mustang. When I went to wipe it off I found that a good square foot on the roof had scratches all over it. I'm mostly an easy going guy, but when something happens to my car I get really mad. So now I'm on a mission to KILL THE FAMILY CAT! Not really. But man I am soooooo freakin p***ed off at that little s.o.b. I can't stand it.

Anyone wanna buy a cat?

I own 4 cats and have come to the conclusion that they do stuff like this on purpose. The one that gets me is that when you're reading the paper or a mag they have to come and sit dead square in the middle of it. That really bugs me. Especially when they keep coming back after you move them.

Thanks to my wife, we have 14 cats, so I know all about that problem. I thought maybe putting a car cover on it would help, but the little jack***** got under the car cover and still slept on top of my car. We finally rigged us up a little invention that sends a small electric current going through the whole body of the car, using some wire and a tractor battery, and that put a stop to all feline invaders.

That cat thinks you are the center of it's universe. And you want to bring it harm.
tsk tsk tsk

Take care,

A touching sentiment but in fact, that cat thinks it's the center of it's universe. The 'owner' is just a convenience for the cat.

Fireman:

Cat scratch marks can usually be polished out but it's annoying to have to deal with them. My neighbor's cat does this quite often. I have no desire to murder the feline, either, just to keep it off my car. You have my sympathy.

I agree. People don't have pet cats. Cats have pet humans.

I got a car cover, but that just made him want to get on top of the car even more. Maybe if I put a ten foot wall around my Mustang that would work.

Yeah, right.

As the owner of seven cats, trust me; encourage the cat to hang out there, and it won't.

Take care,
-Chris

I don't agree... I don't believe that's a fact, because all the cats I've had, have actually been more loyal, and had more personality than most dogs I've ever seen. True, some cats are a pain in the ***... but some dogs are too!
and... I had a dog do way more damage to the paint on my car trying to get on it chasing a cat. I was mad, but I wasn't gonna kill it, shot it with the hose and it was gone. cost, about 500.00 worth of damage to the paint, scratches all up and down the entire passenger side. Because the dog wouldn't listen to the owner to stop.
