Dynoed today...
First time I had ever stepped foot in a dyno shop today. They had a Vortech supercharged vette on the rollers when I got there. Older body style...early 90's I think. They were finishing up and the run I saw it got almost 350 hp. Well, I got my car on. It wasnt exactly the numbers I was looking for, but it was still fun going there. The best out of three runs was 245.7hp. I've got a bad vibration in my rearend(I am thinking from a gear change) which could be robbing power. I am going to get it checked this week. It was a good time. Those cars get loud being inside and reving up like that...Awesome!!

I have a geocities site, I think I can host it on there. Mail it to me and I'll put it up.

Quick question. Why did you use 289 heads? Because of there tight combustion chamber? I've got a set of 65 heads I ported, polished and shaved myself on my 64 1/2. It sure woke it up, but wish I had a set of aftermarket heads (And the money to get them with)
Nice numbers there though. Get that rear checked out.

I've got the dyno sheets. I tried snapping a photo with my camcorder, but the picture came out dark. I will try my roomates digital camera and post them up.
Tireburner...I would send them, but none of my emails will let me send anything over 5MB...and its 7MB. One of my friends mentioned something about getting a compressor program that makes files smaller. I'll have to check into that. As for the 289 heads, the guy I bought the car from had put them on. He just explained that the smaller chamber creates higher compression. He also said they are ported and have bigger valves. I love driving this car!! Such a difference of power from my last stang. I'll work onm posting the sheets.
